We are an independent vocational rehabilitation firm who provides rehabilitation services to clients with cognitive or physical disabilities in the state of MN and the upper Midwest. Our mission is to provide ETHICAL rehabilitation services to people with disabilities in order to support the rehabilitation plan. In the event an injured worker is not able to return to their date of injury position, we provide client centered rehabilitation services to return them to suitable gainful employment. Services we provide include independent vocational evaluations and rehabilitation services in the Minnesota Workers Compensation System. We receive referrals from plaintiff attorneys, previous clients, medical providers and other community resources.
Independent Vocational Evaluations can be completed with worker’s compensation injuries, personal injury, social security disability, long-term disability determinations and earning capacities applied in divorce proceedings. We routinely provide expert testimony in legal proceedings.
As Qualified Rehabilitation Consultants we provide vocational rehabilitation services within the State of Minnesota Workers Compensation System. We are a neutral party that communicates with all parties involved and ensures a physically appropriate return to work either with the date of injury employer or a different employer while considering the treating physician’s opinion of the injured worker’s physical abilities.
